Excellent service all the time, staff are lovely, kind and helpful. Shani is exceptional, always smiling. All the staff work very hard, and they take care of customers, especially locals like myself. The staff make a massive effort within the local community and they also deserve to be treated with the upmost respect - id be lost without this post office and the people who work here - thankyou so much !

Young girl forgot to put a customs declaration on my package so £30 worth of goods went missing. Terrible attitude and communication. No prices on off licence goods which I believe is illegal.

Post office closes at 6:30pm which is great as I’m able to pick up/drop off any parcels straight after work. Staff behind the counter are always lovely too.

Attempted to steal a special delivery from me. Told me it wasn’t there when I had confirmation it was. Only gave me my package when I went back to the store with Royal Mail on the phone. I would not use ortrust this post office ever again.
