Post Office

Would give zero stars if I could. This is the worst Post Office I have ever been to. 1. Posted a small parcel a while back which never arrived because they put insufficient postage on it 2. Posted a parcel recently and for no reason they told me I couldn't use Tracked, forcing me to use Signed For instead. At least it was delivered. 3. Tried to post a parcel just now by Tracked 48 which costs £8. However the lady at the counter insisted it was £17. I checked the website "Post Office Price Guide" and showed it to her and she said that is the online only price even though I opened the pdf in front of her. After all this she refused to send it anyway, claiming that the address was not on their database. The address actually is on their database but even if it weren't they should send it anyway because I took it to Firth Park instead and they said they don't check the address at all

this guy wasted an hour, and dn knw where he delivered my parcel. get someone professional on there

Great service at this post office! The lady in the hijab (sorry, I don't know her name) is always very helpful, efficient, and happy to answer any questions. Really appreciate her kindness and professionalism.

Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff. The opening hours are 7 days a week 7am-4.30pm and 6-9pm - this is so convenient! Parking can be difficult as the roads are crammed with traffic, I had to park on a side street and walk - which isn't difficult if you haven't got mobility issues or lots of small children in tow - better to walk locally.

Excellent local post office facility. Very convenient location wise. Also very good to be able to get just about any household essentials at the same place as doing your postal/money/banking chores!
