Turned up at 4.25 with 7 small parcels only to be told they close at 5pm and refused to take my parcels! I questioned this and was rudely told that because the postman will be collecting soon and would refuse them. My advice don’t give these your business and go to the one up the road at the coop as he gladly took them!

I have used this post office on many occasions and generally haven’t had any problems until today. I was left to feel completely humiliated by the lady serving on the Post Office counter after I mistakenly entered the wrong PIN when paying for a large amount of stamps. She blamed me for her till breaking down and pointed to me when referring to this, letting all those waiting know that they couldn’t be served. Of course it wasn’t my fault that the system had supposedly crashed, maybe the worker just wanted to go home as it was after 4pm but I was shocked by her incredibly nasty behaviour and attitude. I understand everybody has bad days but to treat a customer like this is utterly disgusting.

Great service from a guy who I think was called Louis. Very polite and efficient, can't say the same for a taller Eastern European guy who took over the transaction and belittled the first guy, telling him how he shouldn't have taken my order as I had too many parcels (like it's literally the post offices job to do, what's the problem) was very unprofessional of him to lecture this guy and tell me and my partner this wasn't funny all while I was standing there.

I went to ask for a international driving permit, I have an impression only the eastern european guy is well trained who has his own tantrums. The brown guy asked him to do the job but he very conveniently said I don't feel like doing it and you do (to brown guy) and he said in response that he don't know how to produce one. In the end they asked me to go to another post office it's insane.! (They thought I didn't hear them) I wish the owner of this post office best of luck if you are losing business because your staff are turning people away just like that when they don't feel like doing work, they are paid for.
