Can’t recommend Mark at Horizon Roofing enough! We contacted him as an emergency when water started dripping into our house and he was around within half an hour! His work on our roof, resolving the problem that had caused leak was brilliant. He kept us updated every step of the way and was able to show us videos of his work so we felt fully informed and confident that he was doing a great job. Mark is friendly, straight talking, professional and honest and we felt like we were in really good hands!

I can't recommend Mark highly enough. He sorted out our leaky chimney when others had tried and failed. His communication was brilliant, always replying promptly to my messages. His price was reasonable and his advice realistic. He took the time to explain the issues to us. Overall a brilliant service

mark came out to give me a quote for a leak that appeared after a storm. although ill need quite a lot of work done (which i expected), mark filled in where the window was lifting before he went home - even though he only came to have a look and give me a quote! he asked all the right questions and spoke me through all of the issues causing the leak and how he would repair it - taking into account the age of the property (late edwardian) and how it would fit in style with the house. he suggested some other work i might want to get done by other tradies to prevent further issues with the property too which was really appreciated. he was fully understanding of budget constraints and was polite and informative and understanding. haven't had the work done yet but would recommend him on this alone!!

Mark was great. He reviewed the job and explained clearly exactly what he'd recommend and went above and beyond on the job itself. Really professional, great quality work. Highly recommend!
