So quick and easy to use! We used Stasher for the first time yesterday as we didn't want to carry our big backpacks around the city for the day. We selected the Premier Inn in City Centre - the drop off and collection process was seamless ☺️

Hard to find from unclear instructions on location. The lockers are inside the Moor Car Park, on the bottom floor on the back left if you walk in under the blue sign in the image here. Frustrating as this took a while to find. Online price said £5 but at payment £2 is added on which makes it the same price as all other options. £7 for a day of storage in a large locker. Otherwise the locker was easy to use once found.

Everything worked out fine, but the system was not as robust as I expected. The lady who took my bag in the morning did not ask for any details and the gentleman who was there when I collected in the evening could not find my booking. I was also concerned that my bag seemed to have been left on a seat rather than locked away securely.

This app is super useful. The places to store luggage in Sheffield now are virtually non-existent so it's a great idea for hotels to get on this app and offer space for a few pounds. Saves lugging the suitcase around cities and I will use far and wide now I know about it! Premier Inn Sheffield in particular is very central and accomodating, also let me use their loo!! Also very much needed. 🤣

Good location and experience. My bags were safe in a luggage room. Very nice people working in this hotel.
