Let’s go to the experience I went to signup over the phone and online have my name as Rob atlas which it is, gave my passport which is the same name, my email which is also the same and my utility bill also the same. Paid and awaited to get it opened, they then updated all my documents to Robert including my email which obviously doesn’t exist and causes problems trying to communicate. Later about a week or so after I took a third unit which took hours, staff ignore you, what should be a fairly straight forward task is so frustrating it makes the Labour Party look like a well oiled machine. After notifying the company I only wanted the 3 units for a one month period, and sending them correspondence of all 3 units emptied with no response. I still get emails from their credit department telling me the bills overdue, you respond to the credit department with the information and they don’t respond and send you the same daily. After recommendation for a local member of staff who advised I leave them a review as it’s the only way it will get resolved. You’ve got zero chance of me using this company again. Nor will I pay this bill.

The opening hours are very convenient. Being able to drive right up to the containers makes loading and unloading easy. The containers are quite new and in good condition. In my few dealings with them, the customer service has been helpful. The only real issue is that the site is not fully paved and the roads outside most of the containers can get quite muddy.

Access to the storage units is easy and convenient, particularly for heavier items. The phone activation of the main gate was reliable and the units are secure and easy to open/close. The support service has been excellent, quick and helpful and the prices competitive.

Just mirroring the other reviewers comments. It was a great secure temporary storage place for us to use. Unloading directly into the container was a good time saver. Customer service team get back to you very quickly with any queries and it's really easy to cancel when you no longer need to use the facility. Would definitely use again
