I used the services of Banner Jones for the sale of my late mother’s property. Generally happy with the service I received and it was easy to speak to someone over the phone when I needed to. The only negative would be that I didn’t feel I was fully kept up to date with the progress of the sale, meaning I did have to make phone calls or send emails requesting updates. Staff were always helpful and friendly. I would certainly consider using Banner Jones in future.

I have sold many houses over the years and dealt with many solicitors, but by far Banner Jones has been the most efficient and on the ball with all the buying, selling and assent on the properties. Terrible experience purchasing a property with Roberta. Repeatedly having to chase her to send reports/documents. Calls going unanswered when I know they have caller I.D. Purchasing property can be stressful but this was another level. I have used Banner Jones in the past and they were very good but I will never use them again. I will be complaining to the legal Ombudsman

Moving house is renown to be stressful. Banner Jones removed this part of the stress. They were very helpful, and gave excellent guidance throughout the whole process. The best part, was that the team at Banner Jones were always accessible, either by phone or email. All in all, a very good experience
