I can’t recommend Irwin Mitchel enough!!! I contracted their services for a transfer of title on my previous owned house, and I was really worried with the whole process as it was my first time going through this type of process and my budget was very limited, I couldn’t afford +£2k other companies have quoted me for the same service.
