I recently purchased a beautiful prom dress for my daughter from an online store based in America, and when it arrived, I noticed that it was slightly larger than her measurements. Concerned about this issue, I decided to have the dress amended to fit her perfectly. To my delight, the alterations were completed flawlessly and within the promised time frame. The craftsmanship shown in the tailoring was exceptional, ensuring that the dress hugged her in all the right places and met her style expectations. I went to this place to ask for a very specific thing. I wanted the waist of two shirts a size smaller but i wanted the sleeves to be left flowy and loose and I specified this. However, when I came to pick the order, the sleeves were also corrected which I really DID NOT want to happen, the whole idea of me going there was to achieve a specific look. When i mentioned it and said that i didnt want the sleeves touched , he replied “i was following the design”. So i paid 15£ for absolutely nothing, wasted my time on top of all and I left frustrated. He should’ve said he couldn't correct it without the sleeves and I wouldn’t have paid……. Do not recommend

I went here to get my dress altered. Was asked to take my bra off even though I expressed that I would be wearing the dress with my bra on. I assumed since he was an experienced tailor that he needed other measurements. He then proceeded to cup my breasts and make me feel incredibly uncomfortable. I left wondering if that was a normal experience. Upon returning to collect my dress he asked me to undress again. I held my nerve and told him I would not be taking my bra off because I would be wearing it with the dress. He then asked me if I was married, if we could have a friendship and said that he didn't want me to leave. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!
