Terrace Tailors

I had a very positive experience with this tailor. The manager was lovely, the turnaround time was fairly short, and the price was affordable. I am very satisfied—you can trust them without hesitation.

He is very helpful, knowledgeable and did excellent work. He even finished his job couple days earlier. I do recommend this place to work on your clothes. ;) You can access to the shop going up this staircase.

Very happy with the service here. It cost me £18 to have some suit trousers taken up, and the work was done within a week. I got a text message when they were ready to collect (note, they're only open Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays). The shop has a little dressing room, so the manager was able to take "live" measurements beforehand and check the results afterwards. I was also able to try them on after the alterations so she could. One tip: if you're having suit trousers altered, bring the shoes you're intending to wear with them so you can see how the fabric will fall! Highly recommended.

I had to quickly repair a tear in my jacket before leaving for a trip. I brought it to the shop in the morning: the tailor kindly told me how he was going to fix and how visible would be the stitch. I came back in the early afternoon to find the jacket repaired. The job was quick and reasonably expensive. I can only recommend this shop.

Very obliging. She was very efficient and my jeans were ready in a few days. A really nice person.
