Excellent service at Direct Travel Crosspool After endless hours of trying to book a holiday for the whole family we decide to go to Direct Travel. They managed to find the perfect villa to take a family of 8 adults 5 children in Portugal. Close to the beach bar and restaurants. Perfect. Would definitely recommend booking with them again.

Claire has been so helpful in creating an itinerary for a trip along the Garden Route in South Africa. She worked tirelessly to fit everything we wanted into the schedule and found some really great places to stay. Responses to emails and calls were prompt and efficient and all done with a friendly approach. Thank you. Highly recommended.

A very friendly professional and friendly service. Paul took us to and from manchester airport and was on time and kept us updated with txt messages. Would definintly recommend. Will be using again.

Excellent friendly service. We booked a holiday to the Maldives. Angela and Justine were excecptional in terms of their help , advice and knowledge. Nothing was too much trouble and we certainly would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Very professional staff and extremely helpful to accommodate request despite late booking for memorable holiday in Barbados this Christmas. Claire been an angel trying to organize booking golf club and athletics track in Barbados, all staff are absolutely amazing and superb, would highly recommend this travel agent.
