We have now been on two holidays booked through Trailfinders Sheffield: New York, Vegas and San Francisco and Bangkok and Koh Samui. We were lucky to have Richard Hill book both of our holidays, he is an incredible travel agent who really understood us as a couple and what we were looking for. His knowledge and experience is invaluable, his recommendations for hotels and places to eat were always amazing and exactly what we wanted. Both holidays have been incredibly well organised and completely stress free. We were very impressed with the price and hope to book our honeymoon with Trailfinders soon. One thing is that I would like the opportunity to speak directly to travel agents as ringing the Sheffield number can send you to other stores e.g in Cardiff and we would really like to be able to book our holiday with Richard again.

Just booked our second holiday with Trailfinders after having a fantastic experience planning our honeymoon with them last year. The team is extremely helpful, friendly, and always willing to answer any questions or provide extra details when needed. Their service is excellent, and the whole booking process is smooth and straightforward. We’ve already recommended Trailfinders to our family and friends, and we’ll definitely keep using them for future trips!

Bit late for review but we used this agency back in 2022 to book our honeymoon cruise and they were absolutely great! They helped us figure out what we wanted and then took care of everything, from Sheffield to the departure port in Italy (taxis, flights, hotels, cruise, etc). All we needed to do was show up with our passports and that was it. It was also cheaper compared to booking everything separately. One negative point however was the transport from the hotel to the port, in Rome, where the driver was driving way over the speed limit, overtaking like crazy, all the while filling some paper forms on his steering wheel. This really scared my wife and myself a bit but I understand that's out of the agency's reach. Overall very happy with the service and we'll definitely use them again in the future.

For example, she suggested booking a hotel room for the night before our arrival, ensuring we could check in at 5:00 AM without any delays—a detail that made all the difference in our comfort. After I provided a rough outline of our trip, Katy asked me to give her some time to refine the details. To my surprise, she was back on the phone within just two hours, ready to walk me through a comprehensive and well-thought-out plan. Her confidence and knowledge were evident, and I didn’t hesitate to confirm the bookings right away. A few days later, I decided to upgrade our flights and hotel rooms. Katy handled these changes with remarkable efficiency. In no time, everything was updated and seamlessly accessible through the Trailfinders app, which made keeping track of our journey a breeze. No hidden agenda just acknowledging a straightforward, high-quality service. I’m more than pleased with the experience and will definitely be returning to Trailfinders for future trips.
