AVOID!! Avoid this company at all costs, He doesn't give you a receipt for your items and we had a monthly payment in place and now everything week he is upping the original price for no reason. He turns up to your property to harass you and blackmail you, I am now taking legal action. For your own safety, Avoid!!

He is a dishonest retailer. We purchased a washer/dryer Indesit machine 5 days ago(attached pictures) on 28/09/2024 as a brand new when viewed at their shop and he said it has 10 year manufacturer guarantee. We traded in our nearly new beautiful washing machine and paid the balance of 280£ to buy this dodgy combined washer/dryer (total of 375£). When it was delivered it was without box ! and a lot of dent and black mark that he said it is from black tape( not the one we viewed at the shop!). Later on when I wanted to used it, I realized the dryer is not functional and doesn't dry the cloths. I texted the seller and he said I need to put it on long hour dry and I tried but didn't function as promised, I contacted the Indesit (Hotpoint) guarantee company and they said this product model is outdated and 3 years old and they can not confirm if that is a new product or refurbished as delivered without box and manufactured 3 years ago and they don't take guarantee/warrenty responsibility and they asked me to return it to the retailer. I contacted the seller to come and collect this dodgy product and return our money and our traded in washing machine but he didn't agree and he said he would repair it for me. I said to him again I just need to return this dodgy damaged product but he ignores it. Therefore, I have started a legal action to investigate this case and this shop and get my money back. Strongly get away from this dishonest shop and buy from reliable retailers.

Such a good man and shop opener due to a large freezer failure very late at night, we called him on his mobile listed online and he agreed to open his shop for me not knowing who I was and helped me choose the correct freezer and was willing to deliver it to the address, great product, unboxed but brand new with some minor aesthetic damage hence charging me a lower price for this Hisense freezer. I would recommend going down and at least seeing his product line, you will hopefully find a gem hidden in amongst a range of products and makes at his shop.
