Great place for coffee and cake! Really nice coffee, nice selection of very tasty cakes/pastries. Fresh bread, conserve, cheeses and Sheffield honey amongst other lovely products are available to buy too! The staff are nice and friendly and it's child friendly, with books and toys for the little ones. One of my favourite places for a coffee!
This eatery has a limited menu but the food is really lovely home made fresh food. There are some really nice cakes and bread and the coffee is delicious. The atmosphere is friendly and warm and the staff are very happy to help. Nice place to sit and chat with friends.
Used their delivery option to send a hamper as a gift to a friend just out of hospital. I got a random email that said I'd been refunded £9 but didn't specify what it was for or if the rest of my order was being delivered. No answer when I rang so left a message. Next I know they've sent me confirmation of the delivery, but I've got absolutely no idea what has been sent out. Them I missed a call from them (I'm at work) and they told me that neither of the cheeses are included as they 'havent got any'. Not only did I find this impossible to believe (anyone who's been in the shop and seen the extensive cheese selection would agree) but why didn't they just call me first to see if there was a replacement I could have added? There must have been a different cheese I would have obviously have chosen. So my friend now has a beautiful sourdough with only chocolate to put on it!! All in all a really disappointing experience and needless to say I wouldn't risk getting anything delivered by them again.
Only giving 3 *** as the lady at the counter was lovely and welcoming, othervise a very disappointing cafe visit and possibly the worst latte and almond croissant I've ever sampled. My coffee was very average and almond croissants had a scone-like chewy texture and tasted bland. Don't think I will visit again.
Delicious coffee and a good selection of breads and pastries, amazing cheese counter, small amounts of settings both inside or outside, weekends can get busy so go early.
