Iceland Supermarket Sheffield

I’m really disappointed with Iceland’s lack of communication from this store. They never answer the phone, no matter how many times you try to get through. It’s impossible to speak to anyone or get help with an issue. The level of customer service is completely unprofessional, it feels like they simply don’t care about their customers. This store seriously needs to improve its communication and customer service standards.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Waited in all day for delivery and twice had messages saying “ unable to access premises”. Absolute lies and made a complaint. Avoid !!! Custom will now go elsewhere

I use the delivery service mainly and I just wanted to write a review to reflect my experience. This store is organised and the delivery service is excellent. Stock availability is fabulous and in all the time ive had deliveries there is very rarely an item out of stock or need for a substitution. They must have very accurate stock levels to maintain such standards and be able to consistently get it right. The deals are fantastic and much needed in this cost of living crisis. I used to use iceland maybe once or two times every few months initially but I've now made them my main shop and this is due to their range, prices, availability and great use by dates as well. I find the delivery people are lovely & helpful and always on time. The items are bagged (which is rare nowadays) and its such an easy process. So its a big thumbs up from me and keep up.thr amazing work. Parkway branch is fab 😊

this place is terrible, it said mix and match for 5 pound which a food was under this deal, i chose things then realised that half of it was out of date so i got multiple of the same thing and then they continued to say it it’s not under the offer anymore. they did not classify this anywhere and i am fuming as this worker can sit and say its not under the offer anymore when the packets were clearly there. they must be selling just out of date stuff clearly

Very good store has a variety of foods also has takis which are trendy and very wanted.
