I’ve ordered from Insomnia a number of times throughout the time that they’ve been open. Always had a pleasant experience, the cookies are always great and staff are all very nice. Today I went in to pick up some cookies and was served by Fitz. She had my order ready nice and quickly. Thank you!

Pete was amazing with me and my friend, explained how everything works and was great to talk to after a long day. Made sure we were very comfortable especially due to us being new to insomnia cookies. Would highly recommend anyone to go

Absolutely incredible cookies that taste amazing. I tryed the 3 vegan options and they are the best cookies i have ever had. Im lactose intolerant and never can find a good place for option for me, insomnia cookies will be the place i go to now. Highly recommend 👌

ESTHER AND MICHELLE ❤️❤️ YOU OWN MY HEART. After a night on the town , close to 5am, I walked past and saw the purple lights of insomnia cookies Liverpool. I was offered a free cookie voucher about 6 hours previously and stayed at the back of my mind. After many many drinks and lots of dancing, the cookies played on me. We stumbled past to see two amazing girls welcoming us in. As I got to the till I showed my voucher and they told me they had something better for me. A box of a MILLION COOKIES FOR FREE. They were the warmest, best cookies. Served by the most amazing friendly girls. These two girls made my year. As we walked the streets of Liverpool, everyone was offered a cookie. The joy these girls gave me was shared throughout the streets of Liverpool. My night was made, it was like a dream come true. I hope the best for these two. I hope you two legends see this❤️❤️ lots of love, Lily ❤️❤️❤️

I’m came into this location as an insomnia cookies first timer and was taken care of by Reagan. Reagan was an absolute delight and was very patient with us in our post pub state, we ended up getting 6 cookies when we only set out for one, each of them recommended by Reagan himself. They were absolutely delicious and he absolutely made our night so thank you!
