never been to other bike stores but this one definitely delivered a great job at taking care of my bike. Big shout out to Miro for dealing with my bike, offered help at a VERY reasonable price. very transparent guy as well 10/10 would recommend.

I had left my bike in the garage for a few months then ridden halfway into town before realising both tyres were starting to deflate. I took the bike straight to Fox Valley Bikes (who were near closing time but kindly offered to stay late if necessary!) and they pumped both tyres up for me for free! They also checked my chain for free and said I was good to go. Very impressed with the friendly and quick service! I’ll be back for sure :)

I just bought a new bike that really needed a good fix and I’m so glad I went to Fox Valley Bikes in the Moor Market. Miro was really helpful, gave me great advice and was easy to chat with. He got everything sorted for me without overcharging and it felt like a genuinely positive experience. It is a nice little shop with a personal touch and I would definitely recommend it to anyone in Sheffield looking for bike repairs or advice.

Miro swapped out my whole chain set in a same day fix, dropped it off in morning and rode it home in time to pick my kids up from school. Super happy with the work, has given my Trek a new lease of life!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t recommend Fox Valley Bikes enough! From start to finish, the service was absolutely top-notch. They were incredibly professional, clearly knew their stuff, and took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand. On top of that, they were genuinely friendly and approachable, which made the whole experience so much more pleasant. My electric scooter is running perfectly now, and I’m beyond happy with the result. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, professionalism, and kindness like this—thank you for going above and beyond !!
