Giant Store Sheffield

I just purchased a Defy Advanced 0 today and I want to pass on to you that I had an overall outstanding experience. Over my two visits I dealt with three representatives who are friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I mention patient because we discussed numerous bike options and I rode several bikes, and they were patient and helpful throughout the entire process. I felt that I was getting knowledgeable, professional advice which led to my return today to buy. Everyone I dealt with were great representatives for the company.

Both Tony and Jesse knowledgeable and friendly without being over baring. Lots of advice given to my 14 year old son and able to answer all his questions without any worries. Was able to take required bike within an hour which was fantastic as I was expecting to wait. The guy who checked over the bike also gave great advice. Would definitely recommend over some of the other bike places nearby

Bought a Defy in September. Was served by Tony, very helpful and knowledgeable without being over bearing on the sales. Offered to swap out the stem for a different length, if I felt it was needed after riding, which he was true to his word and carried out 4 weeks later, with no issues. I live about 10-15mins away from a Giant store (received terrible customer service and pushy sales there) so travelled over an hour to visit the Sheffield store and wasn't disappointed. Highly recommended.

Warm welcome and great customer service! Dropped my bike for a service and worked whilst waiting. I was offered a comfy place to sit, drinks and my service was completed quickly and efficiently. Many thanks to the team at Giant.

Took my bike in without calling ahead to see if someone could take my cranks off as it was more torque than my multitool could handle. Got seen straight away, super helpful staff, in and out in less than 5 minutes, no charge. Will always take my business there
