Amazing service every time. My bike decided to have a complete meltdown - derailleur went into the wheel destroying itself, the wheel and the chain. J E James did the repairs in quick time at a great price, they noticed an issue with the rear triangle which turned out to be a warranty repair, this is despite the bike being 4 years old and purchased from a competitor. They were more than happy to arrange for the warranty swap out and installation. Awesome!! Cheers guys.

We went to the Sheffield store today to get a helmet, possible grips and lights for my sons new bike. I've worked in customer service for 30 years and it's dropped alot in places. But today the Customer service from Mattise, was absolutely 10/10 friendly, helpful, polite, tried to find everything we wanted, even checked all stock 🙌🏽. Definitely a great member of staff, ran over to the other store 3 times for us, all the rest of staff we come across in store were friendly too. Thank you for your service keep it like this, we need more friendly/customer service in stores.

Love this shop. One of the last few independent bike shops left. Always feel like part of the biking family when I visit. Workshop staff are brilliant, knowledgeable and realistic about time/cost. They are all bike people that are passionate about bikes, don't expect silver service standard, expect Sheffield honesty coupled with extensive bike experience!

Best bike shop bar none! I've bought a few e bikes off the guys here and I have to say that their knowledge, expertise and advice is superb,not to mention their after sales care which is first class! Their servicing skills are spot on and although,I know you shouldn't have favourites,but the baldy one with the beard is just so dreamy, I could get lost in his gaze! The way he stripped down and swapped my dérailleur over in a matter of minutes was sublime. I watched in awe as he swapped my tyres almost effortlessly with the arms of a viking....I found myself thinking how safe I would feel being held in them,like 2 burly oak beams....erm,anyway I digress....amazing staff,shop and stock! Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Drove up all the way from St Albans, got a warm welcome as we walked through the door, and offered a cup of tea!! And got to test the bike out and take my time and they made tweaks and gave me every attention to detail. Louis was just fab, but all the staff were so friendly and we had a laugh.
