I was on route from Manchester to Rother Valley Park and had developed a problem changing between chain wheels. I visited TBC who very kindly fitted new brake levers and gear shifters (which I'd been meaning to change anyway), thus solving the problem. It was all done in 30 minutes for £67. Great service.

Took an old road bike in I had neglected for a few years in the basement and asked for a quote after a full inspection to get it road worthy again. They had great communication detailing what did and didn't need doing and then had all the work done quickly under the initial quote. Highly recommend!

A proper bike with great staff. Updating an old bike, went in with the old components. A very helpful guy found all the replacement components, gave me advice on fitting and pre-greased the parts, and at a very fair price. This would have taken me ages to work out the parts and find them on the internet and probably for a similar price. Highly recommended, will be using them again.

I bought my EBIKE from tony butterworths in 2023 I took it in just over a week ago because the motor wasn't working.. fixed with in a week turn around. Reasonable price, nothing scary as people would think for an electrical motor. Henry and the guys did such a great job. Highly recommended.

Was recommended here by another bike mechanic in Sheffield when they didn’t have the time to fix my spokes. Fantastic service and lovely guys here at Butterworth -£39.99 for spoke fixing and tubeless re install (was quoted £60 by other bike shops!)
