Towsure

Absolutely disgusted!!! Received a completely damaged air awning which cost just under £2500 that ruined our family holiday. Towsure have refused to offer a refund and have even gone to the extent of sending pictures of a different old awning in an attempt to not have to give a refund. I will be taking legal action and i highly advise anybody thinking of placing an order please look elsewhere because if there is an issue you will not receive any form of refund

I placed an order for a Quest Screen House 4 Pro Gazebo on Tuesday 8th July 2025 after speaking with Dawn Rogers at Towsure who answered a few of my queries prior to my ordering this item. The customer service and delivery were fantastic. The gazebo was received within 2 days, tried assembling it yesterday evening and it is such an excellent product and easy to erect and collapse. Thank you Dawn once again for your very kind assistance. I would definitely recommend dealing with Towsure it is refreshing to deal with such an on the ball company.

Planned to visit tow-sure at Sheffield today as we have just got back into caravanning, had clicked onto website this morning for opening hours and directions as it has been a few years since we visited. I was quite shocked by the reviews and thought this can't be true, i have been before and got everything i needed with no issues. Then I thought the bad reviews were probably because of online orders. Anyway I drove 60 odd miles to visit regardless, I wish I hadn't bothered, what a dump, no stock that I required, no one to help, I saw one young man but couldn't find him again when I needed to ask a question, then one young girl breezed past me on her mobile and stood in the customer service are behind the glass screen chatting away, ignoring me standing there waiting for help. No one at the pay till. We left our trolley and walked out, along with another couple Who seemed equally disappointed. .

Bit of a performance swapping an awning that was too small in height despite the website saying it was (should have been well within our height needs). Absolutely no help, clearly the staff don’t have actual experience of camping. Had to buy another then wait for refund from first. 2.5 weeks waiting for refund. Broken promises, on hold, calls disconnected. Wouldn’t use this company again.
