Walked miles in the sun and met the door shut. I saw a post outside saying open in 15mins and patiently waited only for the man to come out and said he was closed for the day. Then why did you have the post at the door? And how can you be closed by 4:45pm when it shows on your website that you close by 6:30pm. I even pleaded with the man to give me a few minutes to just post my parcel and he said NO. Very horrible!
Absolutely Useless. Do not use. Had endless amounts of issues posting parcels here. They decide on the day whether they want to post them or not depending on if they’re busy. Half the time they claim they don’t have space, then they say they only accept 3 parcels at a time (despite contacting YODEL directly and them saying they shouldn’t be saying this) and now they claim they don’t even offer the YODEL parcel service anymore when YODEL and the website says they do. Completely unreliable and rude staff.
They decide on the day whether they want to post parcels or not dependant on if they have other customers. It’s one of the few YODEL parcel drop offs in the city centre and they only accept 3 parcels at a time. They’re incredibly rude and unreliable. Half the time when you turn up they will have a note on the door saying ‘back in 15 minutes’ and if so, just give up because they can be gone for 40minutes+ with people waiting outside.
Decently priced products, but staff have poor manners at the counter. Also, felt like when I walked in, I was being watched the whole time. Therefore, I would recommend going to another newsagent nearby instead.
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE AS A YODEL PARCEL DROP OFF POINT!!!!! I dropped a parcel off to be shipped here by yodel through vinted and the parcel was ‘lost’. It never left the premises of the store and I also noticed that there were hundreds of parcels piled up in the back. If you want your parcel to arrive do not use this store. Luckily got my money back through vinted.
