Such a great addition to Hillsborough. It’s a lovely little book shop selling both children’s and adults books. Any book can be ordered and gift vouchers are also available. Sophie is a friendly owner that obviously adores books and is always happy to assist. Highly recommended. We recently attended an event with author and illustrator Lydia Monks - which was fantastic. So great to have this on our doorstep. Can’t wait to attend more events. My daughter loves this book shop!
Absolutely brilliant local bookshop (though if I wasn't local I'd still travel to go here!) - really thoughtful stock including plenty of inclusive, diverse children's books for all ages, gorgeous illustrated window displays, and well-curated adults and young adults sections too. Sophie is super knowledgeable. I bought so many Christmas presents here!
Cute little bookshop. They are mostly a kids bookshop, but they have a small section up their cute spiral staircase for YA and up books. And if they don't have what you want they let you order what you want there or via email to collect there with no extra charge. Better to support a local business like this one!
Absolutely stunning shop. We went along for story time and it was just lovely. Books chosen topically and a warm welcome. Couldn’t help but stop for a browse and buy a few books for me and the kiddos. Such a beautiful selection of kids books and super friendly to little ones curious to look through the books. We’ll be back again and again!
Popped in and ended up buying a couple of fiction books - there was a great selection available and I didn’t have a problem finding some books I liked. And it’s always great to support a local business!
