Waiting in the queue the woman on the till asked a colleague to help out, tall guy with glasses completely ignored me next in the queue to go to the guy behind me instead, how rude? Won't be back and not at all happy. Maybe do some re training?

I have shopped here with my wife for many many years . Today we were so disappointed . The store was unclean , messy and shelves were empty . Nothing like it used to be . Barely any pens . No staff and the one person I did manage to find was very rude and unhelpful . Truly disappointed indeed . unfortunately after all these years of shopping here , I won’t be returning .

Great, there are lockers inside!

My review is for WHSMITH but for some reason it's been changed to TGJones??Quick call in to pick up a mag at 5.15pm and felt completely intimidated by staff who told me twice that they were closing at 5.30. I thought it was a bit odd on entering because a member of staff seemed to be trying to block the door. They hovered around me whilst getting my card out to pay at self serve and offered to help with the machine but I sussed that they were actually worried that I was being too slow. I carried on at my own pace and was out of the store by 5.25. No wonder it's never busy here, it was very unwelcoming.

Friday afternoon and very few people in the shop. I asked security man if he knew where the item I wanted was. Gruff response "I'm just security here." At last found a member of staff who informed me item was in stockroom but she couldn't get it for me because she was alone on that floor. I asked if staff upstairs could help. No because that staff was alone also. If I waited 15 minutes then staff on break could help me. I left dissatisfied and told her so.
