I was fitted today by Emilia, she was fantastic!! I’m quite a complicated shape to fit but she was extremely good at adapting and problem solving the issue ! After about 6 bras we found my size and she helped me order them to my home. Thanks so much, please give her some praise or recognition for her great customer service!

Today me and my boyfriend were helped by danni and she was amazing! She helped clear up some previous issues we’ve had and even offered us some toys which we bought today. Such a lovely experience and friendly staff, will definitely come again xx

Great experience. The person helping me was (as I was later told) new working there but was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and competent. I was nervous as it was my first time getting a toy, but she was friendly and listened to my needs to help me find a suitable product. She also gave me plenty of advice on maintaining, cleaning and using the toy safely and ensured that I got the right products that suited me. Would definitely recommend.

When shopping at this store I had one of the best experiences. Danni, was so lovely and knowledgeable and directed me to what I needed. When checking out, I was buying some hold ups that I had picked up a size larger because i’m quite tall. Charlotte, at the till, asked if I was sure and explained that that particular product would fit true to size. She then personally saw to it that I had the right items. Took her advice and when I tried them on at home it was perfect and exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much to both these lovely ladies. 100/10 customer service. Absolutely will be back.
