Great to see another alternative shop in Sheffield, and have visited the shop in other cities. Very friendly staff, open layout and welcoming. Recommended.

Edit: I have filed a complaint and spoken to a very lovely person at customer services who is looking into the matter. I have been informed the person who I thought was manager is a visiting senior staff member. Customer service was fantastic. I have just visited for the first time. There were two lovely girls/ladies working, along with an awful (from what I can assume) manager (male, brown mullet). Who proceeded to shout at the lady behind the desk for not opening a door? He spoke to her in an awful derogatory manner. He then took her into the back to give her a bollocking (saw her crying after). The atmosphere in the shop was awful. I hope those girls go and work somewhere they are appreciated, or Damaged society have a word with that ‘manager’. I will be escalating his treatment of that girl higher.

I haven’t been to the Sheffield branch yet but I’m so excited we have one!! Now I don’t have to trek all the way to places like Manchester and Leeds!
