We walked instore to enquire about a pair of ASICS gel for ladies in a size 7. We approached Jake, who very kindly took us to the women’s section & pointed them out to us. The store was extremely busy & so much was going on, including their radios. Due to it being busy, we had to wait slightly longer to try on our shoes but when we prompted Jake he was very quick & keen to resolve it for us. He ensured that the transaction was fully seen through & apologised for the wait. His eagerness to resolve this & to make sure we left the store happy is commendable. It’s rare that staff are so keen to resolve issues , although a very slight hiccup. Refreshing to experience such great customer service! Thank you , Jake!

Few days ago I bought my first pair of Jordan 4 trainers as they were my most desired ones!! Literally a teenage dream come true for me! The store was looking great and had a really awesome experience there thanks to the fact that they have very kind and friendly staff! Jake, buddy, if you read this- thanks a lot mate, I really appreciate your help and you made the whole shopping experience so pleasant and easy! I recommend this shop 10/10 and would give it 6 stars if I could. Definitely coming back there soon!!

I went into the store in Meadowhall on Friday, purchased some shoes to be delivered to my house as they didn't have them in stock at the store I went to. Was given a receipt with my order ID on however when I tried to track the parcel on Tuesday that wasn't enough information for the system. I tried calling the shop but they didn't pick up. I used the live chat on the website only to find out they didn't actually have the shoes in stock despite me paying for them 3 days prior. I was advised to go back to the store to receive a refund, I drove the 30 minutes back to the store to then be asked for a piece of receipt I wasn't given and had a refund processed without me having to tap my card. Very disappointed as they didn't actually have the shoes I bought, they didn't give me the right receipts to track my parcel and then I had to go back to the store to get e refund even though I didn't actually need to be there to get it. Massive waste of my time and disappointed in the after sales care and general customer service. If you're looking to just buy a shoe in store and aren't going to have a problem, go for it. Although if there's going to be any complications I wouldn't risk it.

Need tracksuits for step grandson couldn't see the one he wanted , asked the young assistant leanne she said they had just had a delivery and went and found two for us perfect all the staff were great today 👍
