Glass Onion Sheffield

I have been a big fan of Glass Onion for a while now (half of my clothing is from there). Generally great vibes, love when companies push for more environmentally friendly ways of consumerism. But the reason I wanted to write this review is because of the excellent costumer service provided my Sam. I have been looking for a baggy leather jacket for ages and for about a year I did't find anything that fit me quite right. When Sam heard this he was helping me find one, and he went above and beyond and had a look at the back and picked out a couple out for me and found me the perfect one. Overall 10/10 shopping experience.

I’ve been shopping at glass onion for about 3-4 years now and I’m always amazed at the stock they have, whenever I go in I always spend so much time just looking at everything and trying things on The staff are absolutely brilliant and always accommodating, whenever I have any questions, if I want to try something on or even when I see something on the mannequin and I ask to try it on, they always are so lovely When me and my partner went today (it was a very miserable day with the rain) I had the pleasure of talking to Jazz (like the music as she said) and she was absolutely brilliant, she was so lovely and when we asked to see more hats she went above and beyond and let us look through a bag of hats for about 15 minutes until we found the right ones. Even at checkout she engaged in a conversation and just overall made the shopping experience x10 better! I appreciate all the staff who work here, I love you glass onion staff

I don't enjoy shopping, but I could spend hours at a time in this store with such a great selection of great quality clothing and some amazing bargains! having popped in on black Friday, Jazz was really helpful in particular, and again when I went back the next day, because I couldn't resist. Really friendly staff all round with a happy vibe about it 😁

A comfortable shopping experience. The staff are very welcoming. Jazz was really helpful, friendly and encouraging. She found me some great jeans that fit me and I got a free shirt! Will definitely be returning!

Friendly staff, high quality garments. On the higher end for price, but they only sell stuff that's in great condition and often have rare brands/designers. They also have decent sales frequently, which helps! They have a good range of jeans, and could (finally) find some that fit me well and we're in really good nick. Good accessories too, like gloves, belts and bow ties!
