Co-op Food - Woodhouse - Chapel Street

A very worthwhile coop, good choice, excellent service, staff very helpful and kind. One of the best! Some items are a bit expensive but own brands a lot cheaper and often there are bargains. Good place, good people!

After the Cyber Attack I no longer trust Co-op. They say we own Co-op but they won't give any details of what happened and how it happened or whether these cyber criminals have all my personal details. Should I be contacting my bank? I don't know because we've been told nothing.

Do not use this shop to order via UBER. I ordered 3 of the same item aswell as other items. When the delivery arrived there was only 1 of the 3.. when I contacted co-op all they did was pass the book and blame UBER.. the staff can’t count 1-3 to confirm the order is correct before it leaves the shop. I was told because the staff were so busy the driver was ok to just come in tell the staff he has an order to pick up and just take it at his own free will. Now I’m £45 out of pocket and the only thing co-op have to say is take it up with UBER.. what ever happened to customer service? Complete joke.. think twice before using this store again. Please don’t be sat out of pocket like myself. As again.. it’s not co-op fault and the staff can’t count to 3 :)

Solid service prices ok food great overall good

My son ordered 3x budweiser from this store and only 1 arrived, and this coop are passing the book back to uber when this is the shops fault when they have stock in store and blaming the delivery driver. How is this ubers and delivery drivers fault, absolutely ridiculous the shop needs to take some kind of responsibility, not just pass the book on to other services
