Amazing shop! Always clean, well-stocked, and the staff are super friendly. Perfect for quick stop and late-night essentials. One of the best local convenience store!
I came here to send a monitor, but it was refused simply because of its size. The staff gave no reasonable explanation, which left me extremely frustrated. I had to carry the heavy monitor back for several kilometers. If this shop cannot handle parcels of normal size, then it should not be qualified to provide shipping services at all. Customers deserve clear rules and fair treatment, not vague excuses.
Rude , jobsworth staff. Agree with other reviewers about poor parcel management, try to avoid getting any parcels sent here as the staff are untrained on how to process parcels/are really difficult about them. Better off going to Tesco/Sainsburys 5 minutes away on the highstreet for cheaper prices and better service.
The staff will play with your groceries like fidget toys at the tills. They're also very rude.
Such a good shop, loads of choice, and lovely staff! The lovely lady who served me around half 11 on Saturday the 8th was an angel, gave me a rose for international women’s day! Love her forever she absolutely made my day!
