Came here to print a label and drop off a parcel as the Tesco by West Street no longer does Evri Parcelshop service. Machine was not that obvious and was at a weird part of the shop. Took me a while to get used to the screen as it was my first time sending a parcel with evri and I realised I did it incorrectly. The guy by the till counter noticed me struggling and was very rude - he told me “that’s not how you do it” and went on to say “show me” (in reference to him wanting me to show him the shipping label) and just touched away at my phone screen without asking. He bluntly said “you need to print it”. Rude customer service especially since it was my first time sending an evri parcel and even if I was meant to be there for only a couple minutes max.

Waited outside the shop for ten minutes from 12pm waiting for it to open, how are people supposed to collect their parcels by the stated date with Evri, when the shop is not open at the times it advertises? Wasted my time and will not get my parcel on time at this rate. Will wait till half past but bet it’s not open then either.
