Perfection from start to finish. We turned up a little early, but they still managed to seat us. The menu is wonderful, unique and small. So we opted for the bruschetta sharing plate for starters. We were informed that the rib eye was finished, however, the fillet steak was available and the waiter and the chef kindly agreed to swap the truffle sauce for the cheese sauce that comes with the rib eye. My wife opted for the gnocchi. The gnocchi was like eating little clouds of soft pasta and the sauce went very well with the dish. Now for the fillet steak. Perfectly cooked and evidently rested before being served with that wonderful cheese sauce. The wine menu is large enough to cover different pallets and budgets. I wish I'd not had the side dish of roasted potatoes, as I'd not left enough room for dessert. The chef even came out to talk to us, after we'd told the waiter to send our regards to the chef for the amazing flavours that we'd experienced. We will return.
Unfortunately did not have an amazing experience. We found the front of house to be slightly rude when seating us and quite brusque throughout. For the price, we also do not believe the food was up to scratch. We opted for small plates and although really enjoying some such as the burrata- found the seafood, truffle fries and aubergine to not be well cooked or to taste like high quality ingredients. We did however enjoy the ambience and drinks.
Came for lunch with my mum and got a few small plates to share. Food was outstanding and service really friendly. Will definitely be back again
Excellent service and really tasty food. The beef was so tender and the Argentinian prawns were amazing. Small and intimate restaurant. Great wine selection.
Absolutely superb! What a great place to enjoy some excellent small palates with a nice atmosphere and really nice decor. Great staff too, Pedro is a lovely manager and always looks after you. Highly recommended!
