I ordered a Heart for my Sister's Funeral on the 18th Dec 25. My Nieces and Brother in Law had ordered theirs from Sarah's as well. I ordered in plenty of time thinking I was getting a Lilac/Purple and White Heart as on the Website. Also stated any problem to contact myself. I didn't see the Heart until in the Crematorium I was grieving for the lost of my my Sister and when I saw the Heart I felt I had let her down. Nothing like on the Website No Whites! (I did request no Chrysanthemums which was taken on board). The definition of the heart was lost. Don't get me wrong it was nice close up but from a distance it looked shabby. Pale pinks and Lilacs. First picture one I received second one I hoped to receive. I sent Sarah's an email that night explaining I was disappointed, I was told flowers had to be bought depending on availability at auction, yet the other flowers ordered was met, including whites. Sarah's took the email as a review which it wasn't it was a complaint. The cost of the Heart was £80.00 plus a further £6 for delivery even though it was been delivered with the other flowers. It wasn't about the money it was to say Goodbye to my Lovely Sister.

I ordered a bouquet from Sarah’s florist for some friends in Sheffield. What more can I say. From start to finish the process of ordering was seamless, professional, courteous and polite. The bouquet was beyond expectation and was absolutely stunning. Value for money will definitely order again. OUTSTANDING!!!!!

Can’t thank Sarah and her team enough, including the doggies! From the minute we entered and discussed our wedding flower plans to the minute we exited and they were delivered on our wedding morning. Everything was perfect. They make you feel part of the family and go above and beyond to make you happy with everything you request. Our flowers were exactly how we wanted them, I could go on forever explaining how happy we were! Thank you for the warm service, the laughs and the dog snuggles our wedding day with the flowers you created were everything we had hoped for.

We got married back in May and cannot thank Sarah and her team enough for the absolutely incredible flowers they created for our wedding. Every bouquet and arrangement was breathtaking and exceeded all our expectations. Sarah and her team truly brought our vision to life their creativity, attention to detail, and passion shone through in every piece. When ever I buy my partner flowers I always get them from Sarah's, they are so well presented, fresh and I get them delivered to her at work to surprise her. The communication is great and I always get a picture on email of what they look like and then on delivery. Thousand percent 5* rating
