A warning to other people who have bought from this company and are still waiting for their delivery - this company went into liquidation in October (Sofa Savvy Ltd, trading as Furniture Megastore). Try your bank or credit card for a chargeback. We were fobbed off, delivery promised, more delays, nothing arrived. Thankfully chat GPT suggested what to do and we got our money back from the bank. The Director now has a new furniture company at the same retail park - another company to avoid going forward.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a few items including a sofa asked when they would be delivered and told 8-10weeks. Then they only delivered my sofa no bed. When my bed did arrive I ordered a kingsize got a double order in marine blue and got tweed purple and they won't return my bed also no clips to put my divan together

Do not order from here! Terrible customer service. Ordered an item in August still not delivered by December despite endless promises. No one responds to emails or picks up the phone. Will be reporting to Trading Standards as out of pocket with no item.

I have tried to contact this company for delivery of good ordered 1 Sept… just made my 24th call … nobody answers the phone … maybe they will see this and respond .. failing that I will drive down on Saturday! If they are still in business ! Total waste of my time !

Item was never delivered even after waiting for three months. Lots of promises over delivery dates. Couldn't get hold of them even after calling every day to get a refund. Had to go through PayPal to get my money back in the end. Massive waste of time.
