Ordered 3 weeks ago.We ordered via B&Q not realising they are using a 3rd party. Our sofas, according to B&Q are via a company called Olympia Furniture, but we have since discovered that they are ALSO using a 3rd party company which happens to be this absolute nightmare of a ‘business’ 😡 Told delivery will be Saturday 2nd August.Discarded old sofa at the local rubbish dump after being told sofa was on lorry and on its way.5pm still no sofas.Contacted them AGAIN,apparently lorry had broken down,didn’t think to contact customer,delivery rescheduled for Tuesday.Day booked off work. 3 days with no sofas. Tuesday arrives,we hear nothing from the company,we contact them yet again,get told ‘100% delivery today’. Tuesday evening arrives with no word from them and no sofas. Apparently this time there was a car on fire in front of their warehouse so couldn’t get the sofas. After we’d been told on Saturday they were already on a van. Back & forward with shocking customer services staff. Told again delivery 100% tomorrow (Wednesday). ANOTHER DAY booked off work! Said they’ve upgraded our sofas from manual recliners to electric and also waived delivery fee by way of apology. It’s now Wednesday, driver called to say definitely coming between 5-6pm this evening. It is now 6:10pm,and still no sofa! Absolutely joke.

I've been delivered a fantastic suite today. When we went to the warehouse we got a great deal. The salesman was very helpful and he arranged to get it delivered within a day. The delivery driver was also very helpful. I'd like to thank everyone involved, great price and great customer service.

Alex and Wayne were great. They offered us a good price on 2 designer Sofas which saved us a lot on new. They also offered to store and deliver them at our convenience. After sale service could have been better. We've since been back to buy a bedroom suite. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for good quality furniture and affordable prices.

I would not recommend buying anything from here. They are bad businessmen that would do anything to trick you into buying. We got our sofa from here, didn't tell us it had a rip on the side, which we didn't see when we looked at it as it was in-between 2 other sofas so you couldn't see the sides of it. Only noticed it when it was delivered and they didn't want to exchange it for us, or give us a discount or a refund. Pretty much hung up on us and then wouldn't answer the phones no matter how many times we called. Awful characters, stay away!!

Absolutely awful. Was sold a table with 4 chairs, we specifically asked if the price was for the table and chairs, they said yes it was for everything we could see. Delivery came a few days later with no chairs. When we called up we were told it was a "misscommunication" ...no, we were lied to. They then said they would come pick it up in a couple of days and give us a refund. 2 weeks later they still hadn't arrived. We had to chase them up multiple times. Eventually they came and wanted to give us cash for the refund (and didn't even bring enough cash for the full refund). We had to go back into the shop for the refund, to them be sent to their accountants to do a bank transfer. Avoid this place at all costs, they are extremely unprofessional and will try to con you out of your money. There are plenty of much better furniture outlets in sheffield
