Within Reason

I've always loved this shop and often pop in for a browse. Lots of interesting and quirky items for gifts. However today the 2 female members of staff were deep in conversation across the shop about driving lessons and cars and totally ignored the customers. No greeting or smiles on entry. I had to butt in to ask a question about an item I wanted to buy. Im not saying the staff shouldn't chat to each other by any means, but they need to be aware that customers should take priority.

The women working on the 23rd of December were absolutely lovely. Doing Gods work dealing with some of those ruder customers. I was looking for a present for my wife and they were all extremely polite and helpful. Hats off to them, couldn't do it myself. 😃

The items in this shop can be truly wonderful and I have purchased some over the years and I will continue to do so as I am often in the area. However the staff are so rude and horrible and stroppy. They treat you like you are less than muck. Once I picked up an item to buy and they were acting so put out and scandalised because they would have to put it in a box. I said don’t worry about it and they acted like I had committed high treason. They need to go on a communication course it would help them be less aggressive and they would stop giving off negative vibes. I think there may be one staff member who is ok you would hope but I can’t say for sure as most interactions have been horrible. Be warned if you shop here that they may be so rude to you. You just have to accept it. They won’t change.

Absolutely my favourite shop In the whole of Sheffield without question. Been shopping at WR for about 15 years and have never been disappointed with any purchase. It has a special feel to it and is always the highlight of any trip into town.

Love this place!! They have more jellycat than birmingham 🤧 love the lady very friendly and nice!
