We were very pleased with the service we received from Eric Gilbert carpets. We had excellent advice before we placed our order and are very happy with how our flooring looks once fitted. The fitters were all very professional in their approach and meticulous with regard to detail. The floor tiling in particular is a work of art and the fitter was very clean and tidy for the full duration of the work. I would happily recommend them.

We bought 3 new carpets last month and the company were a pleasure to deal with - good advice about choice of carpets and underlay and found a good value end-of-roll for the small study. Fitters did a good job. If you are planning to give your old carpets away (as we were) be aware that the fitters cut them into strips when removing them to avoid scuffing the walls. If you want to keep them whole you need to remove them yourself before they come - this is probably the same with all carpet firms.

They were the most friendliest flooring shop we've had the pleasure in dealing with. We went to other companies and it was almost an inconvenience that we were asking questions. Nigel took us under his wing and explained every possible option very clearly and politely. We were moving into a new build house so there many different options available. They were very competitively priced and workmanship of the fitters is top notch (big shoutout to Steve), would definitely recommend.
