Fantastic service. Excellent quality sofas. Super helpful and delivered within a few days. Recommend. Was so happy with the first purchase so returned the following week purchased outdoor furniture - excellent again. Super quality goods, service, delivery and cost. I have to say given the other reviews I was cautious however, my experience with this company was great! I recently purchased a garden set and a sofa from here and I was really pleased with the pricing and service. It's important to bare in mind this is an outlet so items may not always be 100% so check for damage. Staff were great, really helpful and the lads that delivered were great. Delivery was fast and I was kept up to date throughout! Thanks guys 👍🏼

Masses of stock. So much to choose from - sofas, chairs, outdoor furniture, dining tables & chairs etc. etc. - everything you can possibly think of. Very helpful man showed us round.

I ordered some furniture with the promise of it being delivered in just a few days. Well, those few days turned into weeks, and still, no sign of my order. Frustrated, I decided to cancel, but that turned into a whole other ordeal. Their customer service was a nightmare. I called them over and over again, but either got no answer or was treated rudely before they hung up on me. I even went to the shop in person, and instead of helping, they threatened to close the shop and leave us in the shop. the manager couldn’t be bothered to talk to us face-to-face. Instead, he yelled at us over the phone. And when they finally refunded my money, it was done in the most disrespectful way possible. They are liars
