Went in with a screw that wasn't quite right and a picture of what I thought I needed. They were super friendly and helpful and able to find exactly what I needed for a very reasonable price. I've used this shop a few times and am glad we've got somewhere like this locally. Plus they have a really cute dog that liked being fussed so that's always a bonus in my eyes.
Has a bit of everything, I was pleasantly surprised to find some kitchen essentials and cleaning products. The owner was lovely too. Really good prices, I'll be shopping there more often. Highly recommend popping in 😊
We've just had some horrendous snow here in Crookes. My bathroom was freezing because of air trapped in the radiator. I phoned up Crookes Hardware asking if they had any radiator keys.The lady said yes but she was closing in a few minutes. She asked where I was and I told her how close my house is to her shop. She agreed to stay open for another 5 minutes so we wouldn't freeze in the bathroom over the weekend. That's great service.
Excellent service from friendly and knowledgeable staff. A good range of products, all overseen by a cute and friendly little dog who's often behind the counter! Highly recommended!
Wide range of products with a knowledgeable and helpful owner who cares about helping his customers. Reasonably priced for a local hardware store. Would highly recommend.
