Shocking service from here recently. Ordered 10th June for first drop this morning (24th) promised between 7:45 and 8:15am today. I rang the branch at 8am to see where the order was to be told the order wasn’t going to be with us until between 9-10am and that the 56 bags of plaster I ordered was going to be just 10 because of ‘allocation'. The branch made no efforts to contact me to 1 inform me that the delivery was going to be late or 2 that I was short of 46 bags of plaster. I was then told I would be contacted in order to sort the rest of the order out and I have yet to be contacted. The incomplete order eventually arrived at 10:35AM. There’s clearly a number of issues here that need addressing. Mis-managing customer expectations is a massive one. Surly the branch was aware a day/week before that they may have been struggling to get this order to me and if they had let me know I could have got product from elsewhere. Communication is KEY! Tell me this before the time of when the product i being delivered. Be proactive - Mr customer, we’re having issues if you really need 56 bags of plaster on X date you should look at other suppliers then I could have called to Wickes and got some.

My husband and I went to buy skirting board . We specified the length we wanted. The staff gave my husband a saw to cut the skirting board to the desired length. it was very strange, we were surprised, who do you think should do this job? staff or customer

They won't accept the one ton bags back. Jewsons we're living in a world of microplastics at the very bottom of the Mediterranean. Why aren't you helping?

Sorted two tool hires from here recently and the guys were very helpful recommending what I'd need and the price was much cheaper than elsewhere.
