UPVC Maintenance Supplies

Same tall guy, monosyllabic is ok but only if you know what you're talking about. Just needed an espag replacement lock, took photos of the spec of the old one and quick as a flash was supplied with the wrong one although I was assured it was the right one. The gearbox is the incorrect width, correct fitting obtained elsewhere. Interestingly all the positive reviews of this company are historic!!

Tall guy, must be pro at his job or working in the industry for far too long or he might be the owner I don't know but his communicating skills are just straight YES or NO, on the phone and in person lol. If he was in army, he should stay there.

Didn’t know where to start so went to polar windows they advised me to go to this place as they get their replacement parts from these guys . filled the online request with pics of part I needed they soon replied back with a online order , but I wanted to go pick up item today so sorted that no prob when I got to the Rotherham store after interrupting the chap on the bog 💩🚽 lol what timing 🙄🙄🙄I said ive been told you had this part in stock ! I didn’t realise as he went round counter he put the replacement part smack on top ready lol what great sevice def recommend and loads cheaper than I expected to pay half price of screwfix so well chuffed great service 👍👍👍👍
