Came to A&G for a battery change and size adjustment of my watch. They were absolutely amazing in their customer service and showed me I didn’t actually need the battery change and adjusted the watch to my size in 10 minutes for a very reasonable price! Would recommend and will be back for any watch needs!

Great, quick service. I had 3 watches all needing new batteries and had put them away till I was flush but then I read about A&G and all the good reviews. I wasn’t disappointed, all done within 1/2 hour and incredible price of £15 for all 3 with 2 year guarantee. I have recommended them to all my line dancing friends and a couple have already been down.

Great experience here, took my watch in to get repaired and he knew exactly what to do with it. Had it repaired while I was waiting and had a lovely chat too. Will definitely come again

Went in today to adjust the strap for a new watch I got and the customer service was excellent. The guys had welcomed me kindly and made sure the strap fit right adjusting it 2-3 times until I was happy with it and didn’t make me feel bad for it. The job was very well done, can’t fault them and will definitely be going back any time I need something sorting
