Went in just to ask some questions.. left with my dream watch! Teresa, Paul, and Brett were helpful from the get go. They had all the time in the world to show me things and answer any questions I had, they made me feel super welcome and I will 100% be back when the time is right! After having dealt with other Luxury watch dealers in the past the experience at HL Brown was a cut above the rest. Paul was knowledgeable, friendly and very patient. Paul ascertained our needs thoroughly and managed to find us the perfect piece. Needless to say my wife was also delighted.
