Brilliant, fast and friendly service. They listened carefully and repaired a favourite watch bracelet chain that I thought maybe was beyond repair, and found a beautiful replacement necklace chain for me too. These two things are items I will be using daily, so I will daily be grateful for their efficient, friendly expertise!

I had a superb experience with James Hadley Diamonds. I bought in an old Omega watch for some advice and was greeted by Simon who was extremely knowledgable, professional and helpful. Outstanding, Just collected a fantastic restoration job done on my wife's late Grandma's watch, Simon And Cheryl at James Hadley Fine Diamonds have really excelled themselves on this. My wife will now wear it as often as she can in remembance of her grandma. A fantastic piece that could so easily have been stowed away and never to see the light of day again, but a concerted effort of time and money has turned it around to a beautiful timepiece again worthy of wearing and showing off anywhere.
