I used Michael Spencer Jewellers to create a bespoke engagement ring for my partner using a diamond from a family ring. The process was straightforward and Chris explained everything clearly, helpling me with key design decisions along the way and always kept me updated. I ended up needing a custom design, with a CAD drawing meaning I had full control of the final design. We both are really pleased with the ring, it's turned out better than we ever expected! The ring needed resizing slightly after we returned from holiday and they did this quickly for no extra charge. Thank you! I would definitely recommend their services and will be back in the future!

Great experience getting a wedding ring resized, they were very professional, took some measurements, said come back in a week, it'll be done then. Cost was very good. Easy experience, in and out, job done. 5 stars :)

Really thrilled with the service at this jewellers. I took in a 1914’s compass necklace that I got for my 18th and the arrow in the compass had come loose. It was a bit of a niche repair so I was really happy to get it fixed so quickly. I also asked for some chain to be added and they were able to do that for me too. Really pleased, thanks!

I had an opal necklace that needed resetting, of great sentimental value. The jewellers here gave me a very fair quote, and had it done within 2 weeks. They gave it a beautiful polish for good measure. The necklace looks brand new, and I couldn’t be more pleased!

Amazing !!!! After being let down by two jewellers , one whom we bought the ring from and another who said it couldn't be done Michael Spencer jewellers resized and changed the stone of my engagement ring . It's perfect and was done so quickly . I can't thank them enough for the beautiful job they have done . I will be coming back here again ! Very reasonably priced and very communicative. Brilliant !!!
