I rarely write a Google review, but then I rarely get the level of service I have received from Morris Bywater this week. I took some items in for insurance valuation, and the team couldn't have been more professional, knowledgable and friendly. To top it all the price charged was more than fair too! The next time we need to make a jewellery purchase they will be our first port of call. Highly recommended.

My wife and I purchased our wedding rings from Morris Bywater. From our initial attendance to choosing the rings, to re-sizing, polishing my fiancées engagement ring, collection and a text on the wedding day the service was impeccable. They were extremely competitive on price, accommodating, friendly and knew what they were talking about. We could not recommend them highly enough for any service. I have since used them for jewellery repairs and they have been excellent, informative, friendly and accommodating. They have been faultless in every service they have provided me with has been 10/10. I rarely leave reviews but in this case it’s very much warranted. I will definitely continue to use Morris Bywater and recommend other people do also. Finally, SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS!!!!!

Very pleased with the service from the lovely staff here. We brought in an antique engagement ring that other jewellers had said they would be unable to resize for us. The staff here were so helpful, they managed to down size the ring by 7 sizes including restyling part of the filigree. It looks beautiful and you can’t tell at all that work has been done. We are so pleased and would highly recommend this jewellers.

I had a bespoke gold ring made to contain ashes from my beloved dog. I would like to say a big thank you to Andrea and her colleague for their kindness and compassion in helping me choose the ring. I collected it yesterday and I am delighted with it. A constant reminder of my much loved dog.

I popped in to Morris Bywater jewellers when visiting relatives in Sheffield. I had a query about a piece of jewllery that had sentimental meaning. Both Katie in the shop Andrea on line were kind, attentive and thorough in dealing with my request. They both listened to what was important for me and found the right match. The experience was a postive one and even though I do not live in the area I intend to visit again when I need something else. Thank you for your help.
