Honestly cannot thank Jane and David enough for making the huge decision of choosing an engagement ring genuinely enjoyable! I had a fairly good idea of what my partner wanted in a ring, and they were more than happy to work together to create this bespoke ring. Jane was an absolute dream to work with- she never tried the hard sell and was always realistic with her advice which always makes you feel comfortable asking questions. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and communication was on point. The owner, David, also took the time to personally check in and offer his expert input, which was a lovely touch too. I can be quite indecisive over big decisions, which we laughed about, but they never pressured me into making decisions and their communication was flawless- super responsive by email and always happy for me to pop in. Not only did they handle the design stage perfectly, but the speed at which they created the ring was super quick without compromising on craftsmanship. The final piece is absolutely stunning, truly capturing everything I had hoped for, and luckily my partner (now fiancée!!!) agrees and loves her ring. We have since attended to look at wedding bands, and once again, their advice has been invaluable. Whilst their they adjusted the size of her ring ever so slightly whilst we waited and laughed about our engagement story. We are genuinely looking forward to purchasing our wedding bands from them in the future. We purchased our wedding rings from Tiago Jewellery and had a fantastic experience. I took my original wedding and engagement rings to Tiago because they no longer fit me. I wondered if they could be redesigned so that I could wear them again. We discussed ideas and possibilities with David and agreed on a new design. David sent me images of the potential design and kept me informed at all stages. I collected the ring a few weeks later and it was absolutely beautiful. I am delighted and wear it every day now. I have received many compliments on my newly designed ring. I would not hesitate to recommend Tiago and their staff to my family and friends. (In fact one of my friends has since been there and is also very happy with their services.)
