The yassification of this post office is so awesome. So well stocked with an awesome walk-in chilled section for drinks. Staff are so kind always willing to help you find what you’re after and offering bags when I’m carrying a lot of stuff. It’s the perfect blend of a community post office and a really handy late-night shop. I LOVE BROOMHILL POST OFFICE!
*update* Sadly updating my review, as the opening hours of this post office are frankly shocking. You cannot trust the hours listed online, the counter is often not open when it’s meant to be is or not staffed at all. The shop part is still good but if you want to post anything, maybe better to go elsewhere. Newly renovated with lots more stock and open later - really convenient and offers more than choice than just a post office! New owner is lovely and so welcoming
The place has been revamped. So convenient for dropping in pre-paid parcels late at night. Plenty of grocery stuff for sale at decent prices too. I can even get a bottle of wine for £6. Warm and friendly staff. Go and take a look if you are local.
