The yassification of this post office is so awesome. So well stocked with an awesome walk-in chilled section for drinks. Staff are so kind always willing to help you find what you’re after and offering bags when I’m carrying a lot of stuff. It’s the perfect blend of a community post office and a really handy late-night shop. I LOVE BROOMHILL POST OFFICE!

The place has been revamped. So convenient for dropping in pre-paid parcels late at night. Plenty of grocery stuff for sale at decent prices too. I can even get a bottle of wine for £6. Warm and friendly staff. Go and take a look if you are local.

I work in the area and have seen how quickly the staff have worked to get the shop back open and ready for the public, even re-opening the post office before the rest of the shop as to not inconvenience customers- so it's a real shame their most recent review is a negative one. The staff are fantastic, ALWAYS incredibly friendly and happy to help, the ladies behind the post office desk remain just as fabulous as they've always been, and the shop as a whole looks brilliant. I truly can not see where the "bad customer service" is. The new change in hands had done an excellent job, I look forward to returning as a regular customer! -Bella
