Staff are so friendly and helpful, our Rosie was very kindly spoilt with snacks. They have a huge range of natural options, toys, collars and just about everything else. Cannot recommend enough.

Always a treat !! Brought the cats with us in backpacks, all the staff were lovely and offered to open a bag of treats for them. The cats tried out a couple of beds and explored the cat trees; got some fancy treats, a bed we couldn't get them out of and some grain-free food. A great range of good food, treats, toys and probiotics. 10/10 as always

Only go in if you can afford a £100 parking fine. I work down the road and the manager hates us , I guess he dislikes it when anyone parks in his car park.might seem reasonable , but if you buy cat food there and stay less than 30 mins and still get a parking ticket it doesn't seem great business sense to me. If you own this business I'd definitely look at how you might want to work with other local businesses co operation is everything.I've now had 2 of my customers tell me they bought from here and also got a £100 fine. It's exhausting.

Warm welcome to dogs. Our dog knows this destination as The Shop and knows how to get there from home on her own. A great selection of food, kibble, canned and frozen for dogs and cats plus plenty for other species. Seasonal clothes for your favourite pet. Toys and stimulating items for all pets. Beds for comfy animals. Wild bird food supplies too. Bedding and leads too.

Very helpful and always friendly. Great knowledge of dietary requirements. After my dog gained weight after she was spayed, We changed her from a raw diet to a complete light diet. She is now back at her ideal weight and can enjoy the occasional treat. They even calculated the amount of food she needed each day to reduce the weight.
