Elm Lane Aquatics

I got 7 shrimp here back in September and they're all doing well, I even have 3 sets of shrimplets taking over my tank now! Nice variety of food and fish at the store, and I liked how the tanks showed the tank size in L required for each fish on the name tags.

Bought 3 firemouth cichlids not even 2 weeks ago, & they’ve all died but none of my other fish from anywhere else have died, called up the shop & the lady asked me to take some of my tank water in to be tested, little do they know I tested my waters before going & everything was clear on the test, when the lady has tested she’s said that the water has ammonia in it (she used the same tests I have been using at home) when on the test I took at home said there was nothing in it whatsoever, she was very rude & didn’t offer no kind of compensation.

This is shop is not only local but so supportive in my love for fish. I love the no nonsense approach and give's honest reviews on the products as to what is best. The product’s I do buy are at a reasonable price. The price of the fish is a whole lot cheaper than other big sellers. My favourite place to go for my fish 🥰

Quirky charm than can be an acquired taste, decent prices good selection of fish

Great local aquatic pet store. Friendly owners and well kept stock including many exotic pets you don't see in other places. Also sell live plants for your aquarium and good advice is given as to which is best to get. All my fish from Elm Lane Aquatics survived the journey home and settled in lovely. Highly recommended.
